Summer series on 100 icons of Missoula kicks off
Prescott School could also be be considered a Missoula icon.
Prescott School has been a part of Missoula since 1893 - the same year that the University of Montana began it's higher education endeavors in Missoula.
Prescott School is near some of the Missoula icons which have been featured in the newspaper.
Some nearby icons to Prescott School have been Main Hall and Mount Jumbo. A flower, Missoula Phlox was featured recently - which grows on Waterworks hill, also close to Prescott School.
